NFA transfer items will not be accepted prior to July of 2025.
Note: All sales are final, no returns or refunds. Any firearm not picked up after 60 days will result in a new background check and fee. Aerpak provides no warranty on the sale or weapons.
Aerpak does not sell firearms and we do not have a sales room.
Aerpak is a registered FFL, a gun can be purchased online and sent to Aerpak for a transfer to you, based on a background check and processing fee.
A registered FFL must transfer the firearm to Aerpak and provide their FFL information with the purchase. Shipping times are based from the sender.
Once the item has been received, we will send out an email or call scheduling a pick up. An appointment must be made to pick up your order.
The transfer fee is $35.00 and must be paid prior to transfer of purchase.
Aerpak does not sell weapons, however we can transfer them to other FFL's within states that legally accepts the purchased items. A shipping fee based on weight and location will be applied.
You must have a valid government issued document, ID, containing your full legal name, current residence, date of birth, and a photograph. The ID must not be expired, an Arizona Driver's License is an example.
Aerpak will only transfer weapons to Arizona residents. We will ship any weapons to a registered FFL of your choosing in another state.
You can use more than one form of government ID to satisfy the four needs. If your ID contains your full legal name, date of birth, and a photo, you can use another government ID that contains your address.
Such as an AZ Voter card or vehicle registration.
You must bring additional government documentation that has your full legal name, such as a Passport.
You must provide government ID documentation with your full legal name, date of birth, address, and photograph to receive a weapon.
The most recent Public Utility Bill may be used, a MVD record or FAA pilot's license. For a full list, visit the ATF website for transfer documentation.
The best solution is to get an updated AZ Driver's License with the needed information.
In addition to a valid government ID meeting all the above requirements, you must bring documentation containing your alien registration number, USCIS number, or I-94 number such as a permanent resident card. Some situation may be dictated on the status of your entry and background check results resulting in a delayed transfer.
